Field Trip Chronicles: South Wales

I always make an effort to turn any trip into a field trip for the kids, even if the trip is for other reasons. Recently, our mission team visited a Christian retreat center in South Wales to pray, discuss church-planting, and also just to hang out together for a few days. It was wonderful and very relaxing! The kids had a blast, particularly because their closest friends were on the trip as well. While the grown-ups met for prayer, worship, and discussion, the kids played together under the supervision of a very helpful teen girl who came with us for that purpose. During the afternoons, we explored a few coastal areas. We even got to see some seals!
