We read the book Horse Heroes: True Stories of Amazing Horses, our nonfiction selection. This year we spent 4 weeks on each book we read. I read the books aloud to Isaac (a section each day), and then we would discuss it and then make a lapbook booklet. Here’s a look at what we did with this one (it’s a smaller lapbook):
