I haven’t done any field trip posting since January! So this will be one long post! All of these field trips were in England or Wales.
1. January—Sled-riding in the Lake District
2. January--Sandbach Crosses (ancient Celtic crosses)
3. February--Viking Festival in York
4. February—Pancake Day at Erddig (Wales)
5. February—Conwy Castle (Wales)
6. February—London
8. March—Sudbury Hall and Museum of Childhood

9. April—Lake in Nantwich with lots of water fowl
12. May--Fountains Abbey (and Mill)
13. May--Great Orme and Bodnant Gardens (Wales)
16. May--Lake District (Langdale Pikes, Hardknott Roman Fort, Beatrix Potter House, Ashness Bridge, Watendlath, Castlerigg Stone Circle)
17. May—Shropshire Hills/Carding Mill Valley and Croft Castle
18. June—Bodnant Gardens/beach at Llandudno (Wales)
20. June--Chirk Castle (Wales)
And that’s it for the rest of the 2009-2010 school year!
