Tot School Time!

Tot School

Gabriela has enjoyed playing with her birthday toys as well as some other activities. She has been on some family outings, too, which I'm picturing here separately from my Field Trip Chronicles posts. Then there's Halloween. Our family doesn't celebrate Halloween the way it's traditionally done. We don't go trick or treating, for instance. However, our church usually has an alternative party we participate in, and the kids still get to dress up and eat candy (a much smaller amount than you would get trick or treating--this is a good thing!). We like to avoid all of the scary, evil side of Halloween! This was Gabriela's first year to dress up. The first year she was only a few weeks old, and last year we were on our way to Chicago on Halloween, with Gabriela staying with grandparents. This year she was adorable as a bumble bee! She even won first prize for her age group at the party! Anyway, here are some pictures from the past few weeks.

One of the girls got this foam Winnie-the-Pooh puzzle for Christmas from my uncle and aunt. Gabriela really likes it.
